Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9-10, John 15:13-17
In “Those Whom God Has Chosen,” we are reminded that our identity as believers is rooted in God’s deliberate and loving choice. 1 Peter 2:9-10 declares that we are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, and God’s own special people, called to proclaim His praises and walk in His marvelous light. Jesus reaffirms this in John 15:16, emphasizing that He chose us—not the other way around—and appointed us to bear lasting fruit. This divine selection equips us with boldness and confidence in prayer, knowing that whatever we ask in His name, the Father will give. As those chosen by God, we are called to live lives marked by power, purpose, and love, embracing the privilege of friendship with Jesus and the responsibility to love one another as He commands.
