Unshakable: God is in Control

March 30, 2025

Life is full of uncertainty, but God calls us to be unshakable in a world that constantly shifts. In Mark 4:35-41, Jesus calms the storm, yet His disciples still wrestle with fear. His challenge—”Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”—reminds us that storms will come, but our confidence must be in Him. Similarly, 1 Corinthians 15:55-58 assures us that, through Christ, we already have victory over life’s greatest uncertainties. The key is to stand firm and trust that even in the shaking, God is in control.

God doesn’t just allow the shaking—He uses it. He shakes things up to remove the unstable, refine our faith, and reveal His unshakable Kingdom. From circumstances beyond our control to cultural shifts and personal struggles, everything that can be shaken will be—but in Him, we can become unshakable. The challenge today is to embrace what we can’t control and stand firm in the confidence that God is working all things together for our good. The storm may rage, but we are built to withstand it.
